Reservations and Payment
A 50% deposit by cash, check, or certified funds and a completed Contract Agreement provided by Saddletramp Outfitters is required to reserve a Hunting Drop Camp or Full Service Guided Hunt.
Final Payment is required upon arrival prior to packing into a Hunting Camp. Only cash or certified funds are accepted for final payment. No Personal Checks will be accepted for the final payment.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Deposits are 100% refundable if cancellations are received 90 days prior to the hunt date. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations received within 90 days of the hunt date.
